I enjoy working with my clients to develop HR or governance strategy and programs aligned with their short and long term goals, as well as helping to navigate occasional challenges, seeking best possible outcomes. I help leaders and managers understand and manage HR issues and risk, and communicate more clearly, resulting in higher productivity and engagement.
In my spare time, I enjoy being active outdoors and travel (homepage pictures feature favourite trips), reading and dabbling in writing.
